Im using an arduino R3 uno and I referred to this link while making this but for some reason, all the leds consecutively get on. o.O
Can anyone tell me why? Is it the wiring ? I'm testing a new AAA battery.

Who can tell we don't know how you have wired it. We know what it is supposed to be but not how you wired it.

So that should be about 1.6V, did you wire the negative terminal to ground?
Did you write the code exactly how it was on the book? How about posting the code you have by copy and paste after you have read how to to it right on the how to use this forum sticky post.
