Why does my tx led goes on slightly when I reset my nano?

Hi,

I purchased an arduino nano clone from banggood and today it arrived. I tested it by blinking an led. Everything is working fine. But when I reset the nano, the tx led goes on slightly. Is it normal?

You must have very observant eyes, I first saw it when the power on LED failed. I would assume it is normal, I have the same observation for several years on several of mine. My assumption is that it is leakage current that causes it to illuminate. Mine go out after the reset cycle is finished. It does not require much current to get a LED to glow dimly. For fun take a led and increase the series resistor until you cannot see it glow any more, the value will surprise you. Low room light makes it more observable.

Yes.

This is the boot-loader doing its thing at power up.

If this is to be avoided, you can program the sketch in the Arduino using the ISP method of programming.

However, it might be best to leave things as is since using the built in boot-loader, that arrived in the chip, is a more convenient way of programming your sketches to the Arduino.
