Why does the properties page say the file type is INO file?

Why does the properties page says the file type is INO file? If I recall it correctly, the file type should be Arduino file.

I've just installed Arduino IDE 2.2.1 for the first time on my PC. Then when I created whatever files with .ino extension, the file was not opened using Arduino IDE by default (white blank file icon).

Then when I assign IDE with .ino file types, I opened properties and saw that the file is INO not Arduino.

If I recall it correctly, the file type should be Arduino file.

On my system the file type also is reported as INO file i.e. unknown type. At least since I installed IDE 2.x, never checked before.
