Hy!
When i starting the measurment (in my office without disorder signals) my sensors are doing some interesting datas. It is a sensor errors? Or a script fault? This is not a constant problem. Usually doing well but sometimes makes this error!
That are some pretty pictures. Too bad you forgot to explain what those pictures actually try to show, or what you expect it to show and why you expect this.
The lack of other basics such as complete project schematics, the actual code used, a link to the actual sensor board used, etc is also not helping.
As @wvmarle said it is hard to provide a answer of theory without more information.
However just looking at the data, It seems the Z axis has the most variation (unless I interpreted your data wrong). If I were you, I would rotate my accelerometer (?? you didn't state the device type) to exchange the X with the Z axis and see if the data follows the orientation or the channel.
I would have a problem with the sensors being at rest, but the senssors has taken up point in a variety of differenct positions, and they have been staggering for a long time, rather han 1 points.
For example this picture: Imgur: The magic of the Internet The red dot is good but the green is bad. The sensors are next to each other.
