Why I keep getting this error whenever I start Arduino IDE [solved]

I keep getting an error whenever I start Arduino IDE that says:

SM56 HELPER ERROR INCOMPATIBLE MODEM CODEC DETECTED PLEASE CHECK YOUR MODEM CARD...

Note that I am having the Arduino Mega board connected at right port before I start the IDE. But after I close the error dialog, I am able to successfully compile & download my program from Arduino IDE to Arduino board.

I found the issue (which I presume). There is a Windows process - sm56hlpr.exe - the process known as Application executable file or Motorola (version SM56 Win32 Utility) or SM56 Modem Helper belongs to software SM56 Helper Win32 Utility or Motorola (version SM56 Tray Application, SM56 Speakerphone Modem, SM56 Speakerphone, SM56 Data Fax Modem) by Motorola (www.motorola.com) or Dynex.

In windows Task Manager I killed the process and the error stopped occuring - more details -
