No The voltage on the pin is 0, and the current is flowing through the built in pullup resistor, which is about 20K and 50K, from about 5V to 0V I will leave it to you to calculate the current using Ohms law if you want to

oh okay I forgot the fact that button is a resistor so if 5V / 20K would be 0,00025. Thanks a lot
