Why is my board acting up?

Using Arduino Avrdude, stk500, Bootloader issues

Hey This Is A Really Weird Issue, This is the only Arduino I have currently so I can’t write the boot loader.
Basically I keep getting avrdude: stk500_getsync() attempt 1 of 10: not in sync: resp=0x15 however whats weird is that the response is always different.
I have:
Checked COM Port
Checked Device Selected
Done the Loop-Back Test (It Echoed Back)

I am really unsure of what to do right now

Ahaha My Issue is fixed, I forgot about it but when I was bored, I removed the ATMega chip and accidentally put it back the wrong way so simply changing its direction fixed my issue

I'm glad to hear you found the problem. It does intuitively seem like the chip should be oriented in the other direction.

Ha, I just wrote about it in another thread.
Fortunately the chip should not be damaged because pin positions were designed deliberately this way.

Been there done that - I spent ages trying to program one with no chip fitted !
