Why MLX90614 obejct temp high and low or change with ambient temp change

Dear team ,

i need suggestion or help regarding MLX90614. i am interface mlx90614 i2C get data from 0x07 RAM address data.
but when we check human body temp in hot environment the human body temp is show high value like 110 F or 120F .

so kindly give any suggestion thanks in advanced..
