There were a couple of user who reported issues with the components on the Nano 33 BLE PCB antenna. I damaged one myself without noticing it. The antenna on the Nano 33 IoT and RP2040 Connect seem more robust.
The image from modyros does not look like production issue but bad handling. Even a pin seems to be bend. Where did you buy your Arduino and what did the packaging look like?
The most important parameters of PCB antenna are their radio characteristics not their physical robustness. They are supposed to be inside a housing.
