WiFi AP won't start

Could anyone check why my AP server won’t start?
No firmware failure.
No WiFi device failure.
Internal led blinks like it should every second.
Thank you

#include <SPI.h>
#include <WiFiNINA.h> //Include this instead of WiFi101.h as needed

char ssid_server = “SunDatalogger”; // your network SSID (name)
char pass_server = “Aap”; // your network password (use for WPA, or use as key for WEP)
WiFiServer server(80);

int status = WL_IDLE_STATUS;

void setup() {
// put your setup code here, to run once:
Serial.begin(9600);
SPI.begin();

delay(5000);
Serial.println(“Starting”);
delay(1000);

if (WiFi.status() == WL_NO_MODULE) {
Serial.println(“Communication with WiFi module failed!”);
// don’t continue
while (true);
}

String fv = WiFi.firmwareVersion();
if (fv < WIFI_FIRMWARE_LATEST_VERSION) {
Serial.println(“Please upgrade the firmware”);
}

WiFi.beginAP(ssid_server, pass_server);

if (status != WL_AP_LISTENING) {
Serial.println(“Creating access point failed”);

}

pinMode(LED_BUILTIN, OUTPUT);

}

void loop() {
// put your main code here, to run repeatedly:
digitalWrite(LED_BUILTIN, LOW);
delay(500);
digitalWrite(LED_BUILTIN, HIGH);
delay(500);

}

WPA password must be at least 8 characters long usually.

Thanks, can give it a try. I now use this code. It is only use for asking a user for wifi credentials.
status=WiFi.beginAP(“TempNetwork”); // dit werkt

cntr=0;
while (cntr<10 and status!= WL_AP_LISTENING)
{
if (status == WL_AP_LISTENING) { break; }
else { status=WiFi.beginAP(“TempNetwork”); }
cntr=cntr+1;
delay(5000);
}

server.begin();

The AP simple webserver sketch under the WiFi Nina library works only when you set the password for atleast 8 characters.
