WiFi Data.SparkFun Question

Hello,
I created a link in https://data.sparkfun.com/
which I wanted to be able to refresh, but not actually see it refresh to be able to send “Machine On” or Machine Off" when my if statement is true such as receiving a “1” or a “0”.

I have the link I know i want to use is there an easy way to access the link when the statement is true or is it more indepth?

I’ve been trying my best so far with more difficult ways such as “Phant” libraries provided here, but has not worked yethttps://learn.sparkfun.com/tutorials/internet-datalogging-with-arduino-and-xbee-wifi

Thank You

if (Serial.read()=='1')  //if 1 machine 1 is on
            {
            client.print("<font color=green>");  //for a website seprate from sparkfun
              client.print("<b><a>System ON </a></b>"); //for a website seprete from sparkfun

            client._ _ _ _ _ ??("http://data.sparkfun.com/input/7Jj4=Machine On");

I created a link in https://data.sparkfun.com/

The Arduino can not handle the https protocol.

Why would you be trying to send that URL somewhere?

Ok thanks. It was just going to time stamp when the machine was on and log it in/save it.
