WifiManager - On Demand Config with Custom Values

I am using WiFiManger together with the OnDemand Config however whenever I bring up the On Demand Config, none of my customer values are on the webpage. I have really no idea what I am doing wrong. Can anyone give me an examples or point me in the right direction. Thanks
