Will arduino shields( uno style ) work on arduino mega?

Hi there!

I just wanna ask, will arduino shields(uno style) work on arduino mega? I want to buy an arduino mega but i'm having a doubt.. And I want to use also my spare bluetooth shield from my arduino uno. Since it's spare, i'll just use in the arduino mega if it's compatible.

Some do, some don't.

Some pins, like the I2C and the SPI ones are in different spots on the Mega. Also the library they supply (if any) may not compile on the Mega.
