Will the USBASP USBISP AVR Programmer work with an ATmega 32U4?

I'm making a board for an ATmega 32U4 and will need to burn the bootloader onto the microcontroller. There are really cheap "USBASP USBISP AVR Programmer"'s on ebay and I'm wondering if they will work with the ATmega 32U4?

The reason I ask is because this IC isn't listed on the ebay description, while a bunch of others are.

Thanks for your help!

Are 8U2, 16U2 listed? Then 32U4 may work.

Have you considered the Programmer listed on the Products page?

I don't see those in the description. I did some more searching online and found a few people who appeared to have programmed the 32U4 with the USBASP, so I guess I'll just roll the dice and hope it works :)

I don't see a programmer on the Products page?

Bottom right, 2nd one up maybe? I think it says Arduino ISP. I'd post a link, but IE11 is not graceful about going off the Forum page & back. [edit: http://arduino.cc/en/Main/ArduinoISP - don't have one, never used one]

I use an Atmel AVR ISP MKii, no problems programming anything. I bootload a lot of 328Ps,1284Ps, 2560s, got no patience for fooling with the other programmers. http://store.atmel.com/PartDetail.aspx?q=p:10500054#tc:description

I have a USBASP and mine works with: - the 8U2 on my Uno R3 - the 16U2 on my Mega R3

Therefore, there is no reason it won't work with a 32U4. I've never used it with my Leonardo, and I can't find my Leonardo right now.
