(disclaimer i am very new to arduino so please be nice and explain thoroughly thank you)
Okay well it’s a complicated one, so i've included a diagram
I have an rcd plug plugged in to the mains electrics.
Attached to that is a 2meter standard extension lead.
Plugged in to that is a water pump, the arduino charger plugged in to the arduino) and a battery pack charger, the charger has usb charging ports for a other items, ive got this (attached to the arduino0(ive included links to all of those).
Before I was just using the arduino charger in to 5V pin, I didn’t realise this wasn’t correct for the servo I was using/wasn’t correct at all (i am using a 20kg servo, again i’ve linked this) it’s on a constant sweep.
Will this set up I’ve included in the diagram work now?
That's a step down module. You need a step up module. Don't know if that can handle step up. The wall plug looks like it should work. If I were you I'd wait for some other person to confirm all these though.
One 5V power supply for the Arduino (mobile phone charger or so); separate 6-7V power supply for the servo able to supply at least the servo's stall current (1A).
