My project is quite heavy and rc car motors have no chance of moving it... So I started to think, then I thought of Windscreen Wiper Motors, Will they work as a motor to move something?
This is what I thought of getting - Motor
They will probably work.
You need to check if it will rotate in the same direction, and if you can reverse its direction.
But most of all: These things need a large current, which needs to be supported by your power source.
Think car battery (because that's what it's made for).
And of course you need to be able to handle this current too.
Also this has a gear with a strong reduction.
You might be disappointed by the speed your object will travel.

Thanks for the reply, the speed does not worry me, also I am using 2 12v battery's.
Those batteries do not impress me very much.
They are used in almost every UPS you can find, and will last for less than 10 minutes in most of them.
If you put 2 of them parallel, they can deliver 14.4 A for an hour (well, that's what they are rated for).
That should do for a single motor, but you were talking in plural.
And i guess you will be powering other stuff from these too.
So if you are OK with running your application for about a half hour, then you might be OK.
Check the current rating of a motor before you order.
They take more than one would think at first glimpse.
Why won't RC motors work? You can gear them down.
A worm gear will work really well.
I have used "Power Window Motors" for heaven duty projects but, don't know if they are ok for your project.
.
Perhaps Power Wheel motors. - Scotty

These motors do have a worm gear, follow the link in the 1st post and you'll see.
Wiper motors will work ok (without knowing what your project is though - its a guess); they are fairly high-torque devices, and turn at around 90 RPM or so. They are also generally reversible. But they drink current like nobody's business - so you will need to look into high-current drivers and such. You might want to go with larger batteries. Also - don't try to support a load on the bearings of the motor - they aren't rated for it. Instead, couple the motors to a shaft, and support the load on the shaft with it's own separate bearings rated for the load.
