Win 10 recognizes arduino uno as unknown device

Dear users,

I connected the arduino uno to the PC with windows 10, but the OS can't recognize it as COM port, as shown in device manager in arduino.png attachment.

I also installed the IDE with its drivers, but nothing changes.

How can I do?

This usually happens with CLONES.
