Win 8 64bit USB Drivers

As the title say's, are these available?
I have installed the IDE on an old XP laptop no problems, but this 64 bit laptop is driving me to distraction. I have read through all the posted topics and tried all the recommendations but nothing seems to work. I just keep getting the message that the installer couldn't find the right driver or path. I have also noticed that in Win 8 device manager you don't seem to get a 'ports' section anymore, strange!!

Any help on this would be most appreciated.

Still having problems with the install, even tried the re-boot disabling signed drivers without success.

Just keep getting the message that windows found the driver but the system could not find the specified path.
