Windows 10 install problem

Hello,

i have a big problem that i can't solve : I install java 32 bits, then i install arduino ide 1.6.9.
everything works.

But after a reboot, only splash screen shows, i can't start arduino ide. Then if i reionstall java, arduino ide works till i reboot, and so on.

Any idea please ?

Why Java 32-bits?

Sorry, 64 bits as my system is also 64 bits.

What is strange is that arduino_debug.exe works without any error.
