I purchased a Arduino Expert Robotics kit. The case says DuinoBot.v1.2.
I have Windows 7 (COM 1).
Win cannot install drivers.
Went to device manager, found the file, found the driver file, and Windows cannot find DuinoBot.Firm. v1.0.
Not sure what to do next.
I think you would get a better answer if you had asked this question on the DuinoBot website/forum.
With that said i will do my best to help. I read that your board comes with a CD, are you trying to install the drivers from that?
If you did not receive the CD with your purchase, can you tell me the markings off the chip encircled below. (you might need a magnifying glass to read these)
No, I did not use the CD. I'll give that a try. Thank you.
Yes, I will definitely purchase the book. The CD was no help, so I have the chip number: TB237A66612FNG.
Hmmm... cant seem to find any information on that chip. Did you install the program from the CD? You should be able to find the relevant drivers in a sub-folder under the install directory.
I might be wrong, but I think the attached drivers should work for your board. You will need to find and select the correct .inf file from the Device manager by "right-clicking" the device and then selecting update drivers (Windows Vista/7).
