I am a new user with a Windows 7 operating system. Are there problems that I don't know about on how to resolve and the use of Arduino on Windows 7. I can't load the IDE system as shown in the manual that I am using. I can't select the board I am using, the port that is being used, and a whole lot more. Can anyone direct me to find resolution.
