Windows 8.1: avrdude: usbdev_open(): did not find any USB device "usb" - AVRMKII

Hello!

I'm burning a bootloader to my ATmega328 at UNO set that I have.
I use a AVRISP mkii programmer and have downloaded the latest ATmelUSB drivers and the connection between the programmer to the computer is OK.

But when I burn over a bootloader, I get this message
quote:

avrdude: usbdev_open (): did not find any USB device "usb"

I have both tried just plugging in the programmer and burned bootloader and programmer along with the usual connecting method and burning bootloader. But it gives the same error message. Why?

I have follow this tutorial but that didin't work for me. I have uninstall the ATmelUSB driver, but i have still Jungbo installed.
