I just got my first Arduino - a Leonardo board. I followed the getting started instructions and downloaded the ide but the computer (running windows 8.1) doesn't recognize the when Leonardo is connected through the USB. The board does not show up in device manager and no notification is given when the device is plugged in.
Please Help!
