Hi! I just bought an Arduino starter kit, and I’m trying to install and run the IDE for the first time. I couldn’t navigate to Tool > Port since Port is grayed out. I then tried to update the driver software according to the steps on this link: https://www.arduino.cc/en/Guide/Windows. However, when I try to browse my computer for the driver software and select the path to the drivers folder, I get the message back that “Windows was unable to install your ATmega16u2 DFU, Windows could not find driver software for your device.” Any ideas on how to get this to work? I tried looking around on previous threads and it looks like the problem for a lot of people was that they were in the wrong subfolder, but that isn't the case here. Help would be much appreciated!
