Windows doesn't recognise my arduino mkr wan 1310

Hi there,
I'm kind of new to this so I don't know much about it and I ran into the problem where windows doesn't recognise any of my arduino mkr wan 1310, I've been told this boards are very resistant so I don't think it has anything to do with bad connections. Also on how the USB works it shouldn't be a driver issue. Furthermore, windows gives out error 43 when plugging it.

Hi @davidelflores7. Please try this experiment and then report back with the results:

  1. Connect your Arduino board to your computer with the USB cable.
  2. Press and release the reset button on your Arduino board quickly twice.
  3. If it is already open, close the Tools > Port menu in Arduino IDE.
  4. Open the Tools > Port menu in Arduino IDE.

Now please reply here on the forum thread with the answers to the following questions:

  • Do you now see the "L" LED on the board next to the "5V" pin pulsing?
  • Do you see a port for the board in the Tools > Port menu?

Yeah, I see the led pulsing and the arduino on the port menu, is that the solution?

I tried uploading a sketch to the board and the port automaticaly change and I think now it works fine, I will keep this conversation open in case something goes wrong. If not, I will close it and mark that as the solution.

Well something went wrong, my arduino won't read my code and will run into the same problem if I attach my env shield and my gps (Its for a project)
