So I was trying to download a plugin to allow me to upload code from Arduino Create to any Arduino device. However, I get 2 windows as attached here. What do you recommend?

Both those warnings are quite normal.
It is letting you know what it wants to do unlike anything dangerous which might do that without your permission.
Both are REQUIRED if you want to use CREATE EDITOR.
It may also want to install further drivers and again you should allow them.
I think these are also explained in the walk through help for create too.
They are certainly mentioned in the CREATE section of the forum which I will ask the kind MODS to move this post to.
