Windows Login

I was wondering if it would be possible to use the arduino to log in to a locked windows xp machine?

I did some searching and couldn't find any information regarding this, so sorry if I missed a post somewhere!

It can probably be done with a custom GINA DLL...

Or, you may be able to do it by getting the Arduino to mimick a keyboard and then sending the keystrokes to unlock the station.

I don't do windows, but I did think about a device that emulates a USB keyboard and enters the appropriate keystrokes to boot a system from CD, then kick off a network install (of linux).

You could probably build something that tried a brute force attack against a locked windows machine (or against the login screen, for that matter).
