Windows Vista "UnKnown Device"

Hello there and thank you for reading this. So I recently bought an Arduino Uno Rev3 board with everything working from the start. But after uploading arduino software to the board a couple of times, the computer suddenly did not recognize the board. So I went to the Internet to find a solution, and I found it was the drivers for the board. So I tried all the possible solutions for the drivers, but got nowhere. So I tried plugging it into my Windows 10 computer, and got the same thing. So I am now starting to wonder, is it the atmega328p(Arduino chip) or Windows?

Please leave me your comments,

How do you know that the computer is not recognizing the board?

EDIT: CH340 driver

Both of the computers categorized it as an "Unknown Device."
