Windows XP - PlugIn - Arduino web editor installation problem

Hello-
I have Windows XP (SP3) installed and tried to install the Arduino Create plugin - ArduinoCreateAgent.exe
but the installations does not finish sucessfuly and I can not connect to the board from the chrome brouser that I am using.

The UNO is working from Arduino 1.6.8 installed on the PC.
