Just wondering if anybody knows of a program that will run on the Win Phone 8.1 that allows the reading of .ino files and as a bonus writing and saving them. Cant find one in in the Windows store but that doesn't mean that there is not an obscure program that Windows doesn't recognise.

Not as such although there is both MS Word and MS OneNote that can read text files. However the problem then arises: Attempt to Down load the .ino., file and Windows bricks it because there is no file (it thinks) that can read it secondly because you cant download it you cant cheat the system and rename it as a .txt., file.
