I am in Grand Forks.
There is a post with Minnesota group on this forum. There seems to be no more than 4 people. Never met up yet. I've been to Grand Forks. There's only two places between there and Fargo where you can get gas, if I'm correct. It's a long drive from St. Cloud. I think there might be people interested in arduino on NDSU campus.
