You said "It's the cheapest?", so you need to decide getween "good" or "cheap", because they probably won't be the same. The below D-Link apparently has good tech support from what others have posted.

It's the cheapest?

For an IP webcam with ethernet and WiFi, a motorised pan/tilt mech and two way audio, I thought 80 quid was pretty good.

Edit: I forgot: automatic IR illumination
