Wouldn't it be simpler and probably cheaper just to buy a bluetooth receiver? There are hundreds of them on Ebay. E.g. 3.5mm USB Wireless Bluetooth Music Audio Stereo Receiver Adapter Dongle Amp for sale online | eBay
An Arduino doesn't seem to add anything useful.
