Hi I need to have an LCD without cables that I can have it on different Places .
First I was thinking on having another arduino and 2 apc22O units and sending the values I need to the arduino with the LCD .
This is way to expensive ....
Idea is to buy a serial LCD and connect the LCD directly to apc220 without arduino...
Only having power apc220 and LCD .....
Is there any cheapest way ? Any alternative to the apc220 to send serial to the LCD ?
I'm also looking for a biiig LCD 20x4 it's ok but I need it to have big fonts .
20mm font size.
Open to ideas and suggestions... Simple and cheap as possible ...

Take a look at jeelabs, they have some interesting products very close to your specs.
Serial LCD over RF is also possible with the apc220, all the programming, I.e. Write to the LCD would be done with the main Arduino. Other alternatives to a serial rf module would imply 2 arduinos.
