wireless potentiometer

(I accidentally posted this in the software section, reposting here...)

Hey everyone,

since I am new to all this, I need a little help...

I have a potentiometer, I want to have the analog output of that potentiometer transmitted wireless to a receiver that is inputs into the arduino.

Right now I have the potentiometer plugged directly into the arduino, and I am using it to control a DC motor (http://itp.nyu.edu/physcomp/Tutorials/HighCurrentLoads)

I want to make this input wireless, I'm not sure where to start.

You can check out the Xbee (Zigbee) modules or standard 433mhz RF modules (cheap but dirty)
