Wireless programming Arduino Uno using Xbee S2

Hi all,

I am trying to program Arduino wirelessly via Xbee Zigbee radio. I have searched for tutorials, but all of them work for Xbee S1, e.g., http://ladyada.net/make/xbee/arduino.html, or http://www.sparkfun.com/tutorials/122.

I am wondering if anyone tried to make this work with Xbee series 2? And how to set the parameters for the transmitter and the receiver?

Any suggestion would be highly appreciated!

Thank you. Charlie

PS: Below is the list of my parts:

  1. For transmitter: -Xbee Explorer -Xbee Zigbee (XB24-ZB)

  2. For receiver: -Arduino Uno R3 SMD Edition -Xbee Shield -Xbee Zigbee (XB24-ZB)

Hi,

It is not possible to do it directly, but there is a method which allows you to wire up a digital out to a transistor that pulls the reset line low. Of course it does this when you send a command over xbee.

This is the ONLY method…
