How the transmitter of a wireless relay board can be imlemented
with what ciruits/chips it could be implemented ?

Your question is confusing. I can imagine a receiver on a wireless relay board (so relays can be controlled) but a transmitter, not really.

And next it depends on what kind of wireless. Bluetooth, WiFi, 433MHz, other.

Hi, are you planning to keep your master controller also away from you? In that case you need any wireless module IR or bluetooth. Using remote controller you can send signal to master controller which will do your actions.
