I'm pretty sure the main difference is that the nRF24L01+ can also do 250Kbps on-air data-rate, while the nRF24L01 only does 1Mbps and 2Mbps.
My main concern is if the connections and the code are correct. I'm not sure what to study in order to know how to code the emitter to send through the nRF24L01 the temperature obtained from the MAX6675.
