Wiring Arduino Nano ESP32 with MAX30102 and GSR Sensor

Hello,

I'm trying to wire an arduino nano esp32 with the gravity MAX30102 and GSR sensor. The aim is to track data from both sensors and display them on the IoT remote app.

I've done this with arduino mega but I'm not too sure on how to do with the nano esp32 due to insufficient communication pins.

Any help would be appreciated!

Please show the intended wiring. Maybe the esp32 is not a good choice.
What kind of communication are You looking for?
