Wiring: How to wire a ribbon wire to Arduino

Hi everyone,

just received the Firgelli PQ12 and it has a ribbon wire attachment (see photo). I can't work out how or what I do to attach a ribbon wire to my Arduino (motor shield). Help please!

I would find the appropriate FlexPC connector and solder wires to the connector.

The datasheet shows it as a 1mm pitch 5-pin FPC/FFC (FlexPrintedCircuit/FlatFlexCable) connector. They even give the number of a matching connector: FCI #HLW5R-2C7LF
