I have omega flowmeter ftb-1302 type sensor.I want to wire this to arduino but the supply voltage is 10-28V.I dont know how to do this?

It's only a hall effect sensor, so you might first try running it on 5v just like any other hall effect flow meter. Failing that, run it off a separate 12v and use a divider to put no more than 5v on the Arduino input. This means you will have to measure the output voltage, but the divider does not need to be accurate and I imagine 3.5v will be plenty.
Ok i will try it.An omega contact told me that i need 2.2K pull-up resistor.Then will it be like that as in the attachment?

I can't comment, other that that is not what I expected, and it is not a divider. If your contact is aware that Arduino is a 5v device, I guess it is OK.
i guess the contact knows it because i mentioned that i am using arduino. and i saw similar topic here one was using omega flowmeter but different type he also used pull up resistor. The only thing i am not sure is connection way. Thats why i sent the image
