WiseClock 2 Code error

Hi I recently Bought a wiseclock 2 kit, I assembled it and tried to compile the Sketch but I am getting a few errors

I downloaded the wise clock code from here:
code.google.com/p/wiseclock2/downloads/list

  • WiseClock2_Aug01_2010 .zip new features: display UTC, display time in big font

I followed the instructions here.

and I am in the middle of compiling the Wise4sure.pde file but i am getting the following errors while compiling it

\arduino-0021\arduino-0021\libraries\WiseClock2\Sound.cpp: In function ‘void soundAlarm()’:
\arduino-0021\arduino-0021\libraries\WiseClock2\Sound.cpp:60: error: ‘tone’ was not declared in this scope
\arduino-0021\arduino-0021\libraries\WiseClock2\Sound.cpp: In function ‘void beep()’:
\arduino-0021\arduino-0021\libraries\WiseClock2\Sound.cpp:75: error: ‘tone’ was not declared in this scope

This is the code from sound.cpp

// Sound.h

#include <WProgram.h>
#include “Sound.h”

#define _USE_ARDUINO_TONE

#define SPEAKER_PIN1 22 // PC6;
#define SPEAKER_PIN2 23 // PC7;

#ifndef _USE_ARDUINO_TONE
// instance of the tone library (by B.Hagman);
Tone noiseMaker; // used for beeps and alarm;
#endif

//*********************************************************************************************************
void setupSpeaker()
{
// REM: should exploit the 2 sound levels, by driving both speaker pins;
pinMode(SPEAKER_PIN1, OUTPUT);
digitalWrite(SPEAKER_PIN1, LOW);

pinMode(SPEAKER_PIN2, OUTPUT);

#ifndef _USE_ARDUINO_TONE
noiseMaker.begin(SPEAKER_PIN2);
#endif
}

//*********************************************************************************************************
void soundAlarm()
{
int notes = {NOTE_D4, NOTE_E4, NOTE_C4, NOTE_C3, NOTE_G3};
int durations = {500, 500, 500, 500, 1000};

#ifdef DEBUG
Serial.println();
Serial.println(“Playing alarm”);
#endif

// alarm can be stopped from remote control or by pressing any of the buttons;
for (int thisNote = 0; thisNote < 5; thisNote ++)
{

#ifdef DEBUG
Serial.print(“Note #”);
Serial.println(thisNote);
#endif

#ifdef _USE_ARDUINO_TONE
tone(SPEAKER_PIN2, notes[thisNote], durations[thisNote]);
delay(durations[thisNote]);
#else
noiseMaker.play(notes[thisNote]);
delay(durations[thisNote]);
noiseMaker.stop();
#endif
}
}

//*********************************************************************************************************
void beep()
{
#ifdef _USE_ARDUINO_TONE
tone(SPEAKER_PIN2, NOTE_C8, 200);
#else
// beep after reset;
noiseMaker.play(NOTE_C8, 200);
#endif
}

I am using Arduino 0021 in Windows 7.

I am completely new to Arduino, this is my first try at assembling and at C++, I have been reading a bit, and I have learned a lot so far.

I already asked FlorinC, his answer was:

You may have the Tone library around, in the same directory as the WiseClock2 folder. Make sure you remove the Tone library.
Let me know how it works.

I had the Tone Library in the same directory, but I deleted it from the directory but still get the same error.

Any thoughts?

Thanks
