witch library for this screen 2.4 please ?

Update the library with the Library Manager.
Run the diagnose_TFT sketch.

This is a common screen so. I question the seller's description. There is no reason it should not work on a Mega2560. I also question the seller's statement that it would not work with an Arduino Leonardo. The pin outs of the boards are identical concerning any shield.

I am baffled as to what the issue is. There are numerous examples in the Arduino IDE to use and test TFT displays.

You got a display that is made for Arduino UNO. From the labels you can deduce it uses 8bit parallel.

You know the library MCUFRIEND_kbv, it is THE library most used for these displays. And it is excellent in identifying any display connected that supports read operations.

So why not try with this library first, just because "mcufriend" is not written on it? Most of these are clones anyway.
