Without Mosfet Gate LED is on.
When Pin is low, the led is still on. Although I used pull down resistor still no luck.

What MOSFET is it? What do you mean by "without MOSFET Gate"? The MOSFET definitely has a gate.
What sort of LED is it that needs a MOSFET to switch it?
Steve
The Mosfet is "IRFZ44N"
Code is simple "blink" just for testing purpose.
Where is the LED current limit resistor?
Let's see your actual wiring.
Your transistor is not a logic level MOSFET, use a IRLZ44 instead.

There is 3.3v only, so did not add any resistor to it.

Thank you so much.
Can you tell me any other Mosfet for High Volt & Current (Like 24v 2A) ? Which will work with Arduino, Raspberry PI or any other MCU ? Or It can handle that ?
You need a Logic Level MOSFET when you are driving the Gate from a 5V pin. They are fully switched at 4.5 to 5 Volts and a typical non-Logic Level MOSFET needs 10 to 12 Volts on the Gate to fully switch. When you look at the datasheet, see what Gate-Source voltage (Vgs) they use when reporting the ON resistance (Ron).
