What is the limit?
My first knee-jerk reaction is to say that if you have to ask, it is beyond your skill set. But, I'll contain myself and not say that.
There are hardware and software issues. Do you know what you need to do, hardware-wise, to make that card do anything, even power up? I don't, but I doubt that the Arduino is up to the task. It can't even do USB host, which is far simpler.
From a software point of view, you'd need to develop a driver. Drivers are pretty complex beasts, and may not fit within the Arduino's memory or code space.
