World's simplest RFID reader? Arduino?

I found this RFID set-up on a Parallax forum:http://forums.parallax.com/forums/default.aspx?f=25&m=287204

Is it possible to use this with Arduino - anyone want to convert the code? :slight_smile: I'm a little lost.

If it worked then it would be an extremely cheap way of doing RFID reading.
