Hi

Is anyone here programming on a win 10 computer? If so, any suggestions for environment to setup etc?

Are you asking about writing code for the Arduino or to run on the PC ?

i use cygwin on Windows to provide a Unix/Linux environment

Sorry if my first post was vague...

Currently I use the gcc compiler (with an editor called sublime). I would like to try some editor with built in compiler functionality.

Still vague

Are you writing Arduino code or PC code ?

I'm not aware of any IDE short of maybe something like VisualC++ that uses an in-built compiler/linker.

I use Code::Blocks 20.03 IDE on my Win10 machine but it still uses GNU GCC.

unix is the programming environment (i.e. IDE)

i often have one window open to edit code and a 2nd repeatedly running make rebuilding and re-running if it gets that far.
