Access to mass storage devices seems to still be "available soon", same as last June when the 2.0 library was announced:

http://www.circuitsathome.com/mcu/usb-host-shield-library-version-2-0-released

"Several other device classes are in the works and will be available soon. They include:
Mass Storage Devices – Flash Drives, USB sticks, card readers, etc."

Thanks a lot

please do tell me when the new libraries are available .

Sure, we'll monitor that site for you, and send you a PM when the libraries are ready. You want us to come install them, too?
