Wrote over the usb driver on the arduino

I was trying to get a radio system up and running. I overwrote the usb driver to one for a radio transmitter without knowing what I was doing. Now the computer can't recognize the Arduino (even in the device manager). The usb cable is good. It connects for a second, realizes it's trash and disconnects. It does not know my device is an Arduino Uno. Is there any way to brute install the driver through the usb port without recognizing the device or am I just going to have to scrap it?

USB driver is for the PC.

You may have fried the Arduino PERIOD.
