I've soldered a WS2812B 5050 8-bit strip to my arduino, but I just found out I have soldered data to OUT.
Is there any way this is still functionable, without desoldering? (my IN is burnt and can't be soldered on anymore)

It may be salvageable with some skill applied.

No, without desoldering it is a useless piece of kit.
Then cut off that first led and solder to that. But as you claim not to be able to solder you are stuffed.
Thank you all for the responses!
I'll try my best to get it working again
